EVENT POSTPONED - Pat Nixon Day of Service 2020
In consideration of the statement of the Governor of California issued March 11 and federal mandates of the National Archives and Records Administration issued March 12, the Pat Nixon Day of Service has been postponed.


PANDEMIC CLOSURE NOTICE
Starting at the close of business, Friday, March 13, all National Archives research rooms and Presidential Library museums will be closed to the public until further notice.


Research Room Closure - April 8, 2020
All research rooms in the Presidential Libraries across the
National Archives network, will be closed to the public for
an In Service Day on Wednesday, April 8, 2020

Regular services will resume on Thursday, April 9, 2020.

The lectures scheduled through April 8 have been canceled. Please join us for an informative public education lecture series "Becoming America: How We Gained and Secured Freedom and Self-Government" featuring noted Orange County history and political science professors. This lecture series is presented in collaboration with the Center for Public Policy, Citizenship and Ethics at Concordia University Irvine.


Upcoming Event: California's Secrets of the Cold War
Cal Poly Pomona's the American War Experience through California Voices and the Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum invite you to participate in a series of war chapter reading-based discussions focused on how you and your fellow Californians experience and envision war.

These discussions will be led by veterans and military dependents affiliated with Cal Poly Pomona's Veterans Resource Center and will explore how war shapes identity, culture, and society, as well as values such as patriotism, loyalty, community and sacrifice.
